"Queen Tamara takes over Moscow again" – Tamar Gverdtsiteli’s concert in Russia

Georgian singer Tamar Gverdtsiteli held a concert in the Crocus City Hall of Moscow on April 12. "Queen Tamara takes over Moscow again" was the title several Russian publications used for their reports of the evening which saw packed audience, as it has become customary for the singer. Gverdtsiteli performed her popular singles as well as several Georgian songs, including "Herio Bichebo" by composer Gia Kancheli. The singer introduced the song by saying: "I think listening to this ballad makes you
recall your homeland, your home, your first friends and just everything dear you have in life."
