Kanye West wants to steal Georgian designer from Balenciaga

The popularity of outstanding Georgian fashion designer Demna Gvasalia, the head of the Vetements (acclaimed Paris-based label ) and newly appointed artistic director of Balenciaga (luxury fashion house founded by Cristóbal Balenciaga), is reaching new levels. It is noteworthy that a big number of international celebrities such as Rihanna and Kanye West wear Georgian designer’s clothes.

Recently, Kanye West has been using his Twitter rants to share with the world which designers he wants to work with. Last week, he
said he hopes to collaborate with Martin Margiela, Helmut Lang, and Raf Simons. Lately he also revealed that he wants to steal designer Demna Gvasalia from Balenciaga.
Captivated with Demna’s stylish and extraordinary clothing Kanye West, the world-famous American hip hop artist, could not conceal his excitement over Georgian designer and wrote on his Twitter account that he is going to steal Demna from Balenciaga.

The musician’s tweet about Demna Gvasalia attracted massive attention on social media; however it is not clear whether Kanye will carry out his plan in reality, yet it would be extremely interesting to see collaboration between these two iconic figures.
