Investment for those planning successful future
The issue of ecology plays a significant role among the global problems of the 21st century. According to the research of the World Health Organization, air pollution causes three million early deaths per year and the world economy loses 5 trillion USD because of the ecological problems caused by polluted air.

The loss has become a process concurrent to the world development pace. Modern scientific-technological achievements require polluted environment, especially air. Though remarkably, the world development tendency has been maximally focused on ecologically clean environment and production.

All this refers to the world… As for Georgia, situation is completely different and acutely problematic here. The country experiences the latest achievements comparatively later. While developed countries have already started to actively produce and use hybrid and electric vehicles, Georgia still faces problems in terms of technical inspection of transport and a vast majority of the vehicles cannot actually be exploited.

As reported, vehicles represent the basic source of carbon monoxide and azote oxides emission. Therefore, these polluters are spread by vehicles and constitute 62-78% of the overall polluters throughout the country. Technical problems of vehicles and low quality of petrol promote their dissemination.

Considerably, polluted environment and air directly hits population’s health negatively. Naturally, the number of different chronic diseases also increases. Reports say air pollution mainly causes blood vessels and chronic diseases in Tbilisi.

Therefore, nowadays Tbilisi’s population is focused on getting rid of polluted air and it has become their everyday task. According to the survey conducted by National Democratic Institute (NDI), the population of Tbilisi mostly worries on environment pollution. In response to a question what are the three most important issues concerning modern convenience and infrastructure, 38% of the inquired said it was polluted environment.

Priorities in terms of residential parts of Tbilisi have also changed due to the high indicator of air pollution. Now the local clients have new requirements. Their taste, behavior tendencies as well as preferences have also changed in respect of buying the real estate. If Vake was mostly required part of the city several years ago, now it lags behind the Digomi settlement, which is one of the most prospective and ecologically clean new parts of Tbilisi.

The fact of construction of the Green Diamond project being underway in Didi Digomi settlement also confirms this. The project is one of the grandiose ones provided by MAQRO Construction. As Deputy
General Director Mr. Oguz Kaan Karaer has declared, ecology, green environment and fresh air were the main priorities when selecting the place for the new residential complex. Besides, there is a problem of urbanization in the central city, making it impossible to build a residential complex with such a diversified infrastructure Green Diamond has. This vision is the main motivator of MAQRO Construction and that’s the main answer to MAQRO Construction slogan that Sustainability is the future…

‘We have succeeded as we selected Digomi. It is one of the most ecologically clean parts of Tbilisi,’ – Oguz Kaan Karaer has said.

Technical University is among the Didi Digomi best projects together with Green Diamond. It will be the biggest university in Transcaucasia that will cause further increase of the prices on the territory. Apartments in the part of the city will be highly demanded to be bought or rented as local and foreigner students will study in the university.

Apart of the ecological advantages, Digomi is also prestigious. Many villa-type houses are being currently built there. The settlement enjoys well-developed commercial and medical infrastructure such as Tbilisi’s first large trade center Tbilisi Mall, hypermarket Goodwill and several medical institutions.

According to real estate experts Digomi has become one of the most demanded, prestigious and ecologically cleanest parts of the capital of Georgia. No doubt, purchasing a property there means a valuable investment.
