It will be great honor and possibility for Georgia to contribute to deepening links among the continents, - Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili has said in his speech at the Tbilisi Silk Road Forum.

According to Kvirikashvili, Georgia feels honored to host the delegations. He has thanked them for involvement.

"Welcome to Georgia. We feel much honored to host the delegations at the Tbilisi Silk Road Forum this year.

I would like to thank you for participation in the forum.

Georgia, historically is located on the important crossroad connecting economics and cultures of the East and West. For centuries we endured many difficulties and maintained our independence and identity by means of our tolerance, cooperation and skill of using our capacity.

The world, as well as Europe and Asia faces a lot of challenges but there are also many possibilities for peaceful and stable development.

The forum is aimed at finding out the possibilities and make steps together for better future of our countries and nations together," the Georgian PM has said.

As a reminder,Tbilisi hosts the Silk Road Forum for the second time on 28-29 November.
