Georgian graduate of Harvard launches an artificial intelligence company in the US
The role of artificial intelligence is increasing year by year throughout the world. According to computer technology specialists, development of this field will gradually replace human resources. Some companies have actively started working on artificial intelligence.

Palatine Analytics is one of such companies that is actively involved in developing this direction. It is noteworthy that person behind the company is 24 years old Georgian graduate of Harvard Archil Cheishvili.

He launched an artificial intelligence company together with his two friends
after graduating from Department of Economics at Harvard University.

According to him, his company operates successfully in the United States, while its turnover increases by 25% per month. Palatine Analytics helps large companies to manage human resources properly.

In particular, mood, productivity, motivation and future plans of an employee are analyzed by using artificial intelligence. The software developed by Archil Cheishvili and his friends, evaluates the possibility and the reasons of an employee’s dismissal as well as the chances of one’s potential of professional development.

After conducting research, Palatine Analytics advises companies how to maintain valuable employees and increase both their motivation and productivity.

The idea popped up in our mind when sitting at Harvard University cafeteria. We noticed that the employees of many companies had a problem of losing the interest towards work and also they could not develop themselves professionally. As a result, such demotivated staff had to leave their jobs. When hiring new workers company has to organize training and devote more time, that is unprofitable for the employer. What’s more, my friends and I were interested in artificial intelligence, so we decided to combine these two directions and eventually came up with Palatine Analytics” Archil explains.

The company founded by 24 years old Georgian has been operating for a year and a half

The company founded by 24 years old Georgian has been operating for a year and a half already.

“Our system consists of three main parts. The employees of the companies visit our website to answer specific questions and on its basis they receive result. For instance, the questionnaire unfolds what they should improve and why. Then we analyze this data and deliver the information about the employee’s strong and weak sides to the management of the company.

We also observe how their skills change time by time and forecast the possible future of the employee based on one’s mindset. Subsequently, companies know how to foster development of their employees as fast as possible.

The second part focuses on the goals of the employees, and how they are fulfilled.Third part is the questionnaires. We ask the employees a simple question, for example, “how are you doing today?” Based on they response: happily, miserly, or neutrally, we can decrease the number of people who might suddenly leave the company”, says Archil.

Archil plans to offer the service to Georgian companies too

According to Archil Cheishvili, former employees of the companies such as Microsoft and Google are also involved in Palatine Analytics’ work.

Archil plans to offer the service to Georgian companies too. According to him, Georgian companies are already interested in cooperating with him.

Archil Cheishvili, who is successfully engaged in business activities, studied at Tbilisi’s #55 public school. After its completion he decided to advance his knowledge in economics at one of the world's most prestigious institutes the Harvard University.

"The reason behind my decision was that I wanted to create a big business, for which I need high level education. Harvard University funded my studies with$ 65,000 per year. In order to get such funding one has to satisfy certain requirements. In particular, your previous background should match university’s criteria as well as, you have to beat 99 percent of the applicants with your test results”, - Archil Cheishvili elaborates.

Archil became interested in business at the age of 12, and at the age of 14 he gained some experience in this direction, which eventually fueled his strive to become professional of this field.
