Exclusive: Georgian photographer captures the “other side” of the world in puddles
She’s been taking photos for quite a long time already. At this stage, she only does it using her cell phone.
She can catch anything because the phone is always with her. This 24-year-old Georgian amateur photographer is Salome Rukhadze and she tries to show another side of reality.

She sees these unique images in the streets, in the puddles, and shows the reality from a different angle.

“Sometimes I look to the puddles for a long time and try to see how everything is happening there. At first sight, everything seems unrealistic and mystical. It’s like you find yourself in different dimension and can reach something you cannot reach in your reality; the stars, the clouds. You look at all of that and you realize that the ‘other side’ really exists,” Salome tells Georgian Journal.

She’s an animation artist by profession and taking photos is her hobby. She says she wants to make the photography her main profession though.
