PowerPoint Karaoke is coming to Tbilisi
29 June, 2018
For the second time this summer PowerPoint Karaoke is coming to Tbilisi to gather together startupers, urban professionals and students within the cozy setting of Terminal for a night of light-hearted fun with traditional PowerPoint presentations.

Originated in 2006 in Berlin, PowerPoint Karaoke is the creation of the Zentrale Intelligenz Agentur, a collective of writers and artists, and is now taking place in many cities around the globe.

The event is an opportunity to turn your typical Monday into something different
- a little less stressful and a little more fun. It is a chance to get competitive, socialize and network with like-minded people and give your pitching and presentation skills a good work-out. There is no singing involved despite the name and everyone is welcome to either take active part or sit back and enjoy.

How does it work?

Before the event starts, the organizers prepare and line-up actual PowerPoint presentations on
random topics. At the event, any participant can take the microphone, get up in front of the live audience and deliver an impromptu presentation on an unknown presentation and even an unknown subject.

After each presentation, the competition judges (sponsors and organizers) and members of the audience will be able to ask the speaker three questions. There is no expectation to be serious or have in-depth knowledge about your topic - the key is to improvise!

The participants can make presentations in English, Georgian or any other human language they prefer.

Winners and everyone who does a presentation will get valuable prizes.

PowerPoint Karaoke Tbilisi is co-organized by Tbilisi Startup Bureau and Terminal.

The partners of the event are Grant Thornton Georgia, Taxify Georgia, Kedari Ventures, Blue Ocean Success Library, Panophobia, Urban Garden, Estrella Damm, Nabeghlavi.

Tickets can be purchased online on TKT.ge, Eventer.ge, and Biletebi.ge.
