Company Musical bridge group, hotel Marriott and Porche center Tbilisi presented famous artist, composer and vocalist Amit Chatterjee and his band Alliance. After 11 years as the guitarist for jazz –fusion legend Joe Zawinul in his seminal band the Zawinuls Syndicate, Amit continues his solo projects as well as collaborative works with different masters of musical arts.
AmitChatterjee and his band visited Tbilisi for the special purpose- on the 13th of January Tbilisi Marriott held musical evening and presented Georgian

composer- pianist Dini Virsaladzes and Amit Chatterjee’s bands project  specially made for Georgian audience.
Press conference was held on 12th of January at Tbilisi Marriott conference hall, where musicians and event organizers talked about performance details.
“ Special visit was made to make a collaborative project between Dini Virsaladze and Amit Chatterjee. This kind of events help to popularize Georgian musicians in foreign countries as well.” Says Maiko Javakhishvili, musical bridge group member.
“Hotel Marriott initiated to develop an experiment at the place and after, radio Muza will record the concert performance. Radio has contacts with European heralds and collaborative project will be available for European audience as well.  This project won’t be made for once; in every three months this kind of project will be repeated. ” Says Nata Pirtskha lava, musical bridge group member. 
“It’s my honor to play here with DiniVirsaladze. My group and me come from different cultures and different background. I already have mix of musical style, memories and thoughts. My music is a collaboration of several worlds of course influenced by American jazz. There will be some special aspects in the compositions, Indian melodic elements with the harmony of the west. Dini and me sent each other our compositions, so half Dini’s and half mine compositions will be played at this concert. Main thing is to play them with our own interpretations. The music that will be played in Tbilisi is full of joy, love, celebration! “ SaidAmit Chatterjee.
