Natia was on the second course when noticed Georgian restaurant in one district of Vilnius and could not reject herself to get inside. Later she started to workthere as a cleaner in the kitchen. After a while, she moved to another Georgian restaurant, as an assistant of chef. This is the place where she met her future husband, with whom she moved to Kaunas to live. Because of the lack of Lithuanian language skills, Natia decided to find a place where she would not have to speak in local language.

“Interest towards the Georgian restaurant appeared even before its opening when we had put a sign– “Coming soon Georgian Cuisine”. We were going to open a restaurant on a place that had “Bad Carma place” nickname, as long as there have been lots of commercial objects opened and all of them were unsuccessful and unprofitable. However, Georgian restaurant gave totally different status to this location.”
