Family friendly places to visit in Tbilisi
Tbilisi has a lot of fascinating tourist destinations; however, even kids need time to enjoy themselves while on vacation. For that very reason Georgian Journal offers you a list of family friendly places to visit in Tbilisi.

Mtatsminda Park

Without a doubt the most exciting place for kids of any age: Mtatsminda Park previously known as Bombora Park is located on the hill of Mount Mtatsminda overlooking the Georgian capital Tbilisi. It is one of the most fascinating family-friendly destinations. It
offers different types of rides from the extreme to Kids Zone, an arcade and a large Ferries Wheel that overlooks the beautiful city of Tbilisi.

From time to time the park also hosts events such as the Ice Cream Festival which will be held on the 15th of July this year in the main square of Mtatsminda Park.

Your kids are bound to have a great time. To get there, the easiest way is to take the Funicular railway. At the entrance you can buy a plastic card which can be used for both the ride on the Funicular and entrance to almost all rides in the park.
