An unusual bus tour throughTbilisi
If you are thinking about starting your tours in Tbilisi, there is amazing news for you. WinGo tours offers you an excellent opportunity to see the city, introduce you to Georigan history, culture and cuisine. Green buses which have integrated tables inside will take you all around Tbilisi, entertain you with interesting Georgian toasts and offer you Georgian wine, Chacha (Georgian brandy) and sweets.

The entrepreneur behind the project, is photographer Giorgi Matsaberidze who wanted to engage tourists in
Georgian culture. Georgian toasting is a tradition famous all over the world. Passengers on the WinGo green bus will be given postcards with Georgian toasts written on them. They will read out the toasts and as the tradition has it, they will then go on to have an actual toast and taste Georgian wine.

Apart from the toasting activity, passengers will also have a guide onboard who will introduce them to the history of Tbilisi’s streets and sights. Tours will cover both prestigious and less known districts of Tbilisi in order to share with tourists both the modern city lifestyle as well as older and more traditional culture. The project aims to present Georgian cuisine, wine and hospitality through a single means.

The name of the project ,,WinGo” includes words wine and go as a symbol of movement, wine and aspiration to triumph and prosper. The WinGo project plans to arrange tours after 22.00p.m. and to extend its tours through unique parts of Tbilisi. 2-hour WinGo tours set out from Europe Square and finishes at Aghmashenebeli Avenue.
