Georgian Wine Festival 2018 kicks off for a second time on Shardeni Street
12 September, 2018
It is now the second year when small, medium and large Georgian wine companies will be given a chance to showcase their products through the Georgian Wine Festival. The festival is organized by the online shop www.allwine.ge and the Meidan Group. It will take place on Shardeni Street, on the 13th of October between 12:00-19:00.p.m
The festival will include tasting and an exhibition of Georgian wines. Apart from the tasting of various Georgian wines, visitors will also be able to taste
some of Georgia’s food products such as Churchkhela, Shoti Bread, dried fruits, etc.

In order to create a positive and cheerful atmosphere, actors from the Georgian Movement Theatre will give performances during the event. Visitors will also have a chance to listen to Georgian folk music.

Last year, visitors tasted some wines (and from companies) that they had never heard of before. That is one of the main reasons for organizing the festival so as to give the public the possibility of getting to know more about local wines and the companies that produce quality Georgian wine.

Wine lovers and those who are interested in Georgian products are welcome at the festival. A lot of interesting activities and surprises await you!
