Salad Tbilisuri – Healthy, spicy, beautiful

Tbilisuri salad is a perfect mix of meat and vegetables, which makes the dish very healthy and rich with vitamins. Besides, it will serve as beautiful addition to your festive table.

Ingredients:

1 can of beans
300g of boiled beef
1 red bell pepper
1 red onion
50g of walnuts
½ red chili pepper
Salt and pepper
1 bundle of coriander
2-3 garlic cloves
Dried spices
3-5 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of vinegar

Preparation:

Cut onions into thin
semi-circles, cut pepper into thin sticks, cut meat into cubes. Clean chili pepper of seeds and slice it very thinly. Squeeze garlic into paste, fry walnuts slightly and slice them as well. Drain the beans.
Mix all ingredients together. Slice the coriander and add it to the mix, along with salt, pepper and dried spices.
Seasoning is done by mixing olive oil with vinegar and dousing the salad with it.
