Roasted chicken in fresh tkemali sauce

Cook delicious chicken in an unusual way with this recipe.


Ingredients:

Medium size chicken
1.5 cup of walnuts
1 cup of new tkemali (Georgian plum sauce)
Garlic to taste
Dried seasoning to taste
1 bunch of Coriander, dill, parsley
Salt, red crushed pepper to taste

Preparation:


Roast chicken on a pan or in the oven. Then cut the meat into pieces and place on a dish.
Meanwhile boil fresh tkemali (sour green plum) and sift carefully or you can also
use a food processor, but before hand remover all the stones from the fruit.
Blend chopped walnuts, garlic, greens, 1 tea cup of fresh tkemali, a little bit of boiled water in the blender until you get a mashed mixture. Add salt, pepper and more water if the mixture is too thick.
Mix the sauce with the oil that is left after frying the chicken, pour it over the pieces of meat and the dish is ready to serve.
