Georgia’s foreign visitors often find it challenging to eat khinkali, a staple of Georgian cuisine. These feisty little dumplings require a degree of skill to avoid spilling the juice and meat they are filled to the brim with on the plate or, in more unfortunate cases, one’s lap. Luckily, Peace Corps Georgia has come to the rescue, publishing a manual on how to properly eat khinkali. Do you agree with this illustration?
