Royal icing for Easter cake in 10 minutes

Here we present to you the easiest recipe of royal icing that serves as a prefect decoration for Easter cake, cookies, biscuits and more. It requires only 10 minutes and 3 ingredients.

Ingredients:

1½ cups of pure icing sugar, sifted
1 egg white
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation:

Lightly whisk egg white and lemon juice together in a bowl. Gradually add icing sugar, whisking until smooth and combined. Add more sugar if you want to make thicker icing or more
lemon juice if you prefer  runny consistency. Pour ready icing over cooled Easter cake; sprinkle the top with roasted almonds, nuts or decorative candies to your taste.
