We would like to remind you of this familiar taste childhood and offer Georgian- style walnut shaped cookies with condensed milk. They are ideal with cup of tea or
cold milk.

2 eggs
300 g butter
150 g sugar
3-3,5cups of flour
0,5teaspoon soda
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 boiled condensed milk (like thick caramel sauce)
Melt 200 g of butter. Meanwhile beat eggs with sugar well. Add melted butter to the egg mixture. Add mixed soda and vinegar to the mixture and gently combine. Sift flour little by little and knead dough. Add flour until the dough is smooth and elastic, you might need more or less flour (depends on the sort of flour). Spread baking molds with the shape of walnuts with butter. Fill in the forms with dough. Bake walnut cookies for 18 to 20 minutes, at medium heat, 180 degrees, until golden brown on the edges. When cookies are ready take them out and let them cool down.
Mix condensed milk with 100 g of butter using mixture until well blended. Spread each half of cookie with cream and stick them to one another to get the shape of walnut. If you want the cookies to be tastier and look like real walnuts, put half of walnut inside each cookie (optional). Pop these beauties into mini cupcake papers for fancy serving or add to any cookie tray to impress your guests. They keep for up to a week in an air-tight container. You can garnish these chick and fancy cookies with powdered sugar.
