Pie soup with mint

If you are thinking about cooking something healthy for your child, this article is for you. Children,generally speaking, do not like soups but this pea soup is going to be an exception. So, get some peas (500g), potatoes, onion, mint, fat (butter or olive oil), salt, pepper, lemon and start cooking.Firstly, chop the onions and fry them in a saucepan till they are brown.

Cut the potatoes into cubes and add them to the fried onions.
Put the peas into the saucepan and add pepper and salt to taste.Pour water into the saucepan and wait until the potatoes and peas are cooked. Then cut some mint and add this to the rest of the ingredients. Squeeze lemon on them and mix everything in a blender till it is pureed.

Finally, mix some sour cream to the mixture and that is it - the dish is ready for your children. For vegans, any vegan sour cream can be used instead. The color and fresh taste of the soup will cheer your children up.Try and enjoy the soup.
