Mtsvadi made with pork

Pork Mtsvadi is especially tasty when it is roasted on vine branches. Ingredients:
1 kilogram of pork (Spare ribs)
3 standard onions
Salt
Pepper

Preparation

Cut the pork into average sized pieces, add salt, pepper and place the meat in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Skewer the meat afterwards and roast it over coal.
Turn the skewers frequently until the meat is ready. Slice the onions and scatter them on the Mtsvadi.
