How to prepare a delicious bun with mayonnaise

There are many ways of cooking buns all over the world. Some of the Georgians knead dough with mayonnaise without oil or margarine. Georgian Journal will guide you how to cook buns in this way. All you need are:

Milk – 1 litre
Raw yeast – 100 g
Egg – 4
Sugar – a cup
Mayonnaise – 200 g
Flour –about 2 kg

Crumble raw yeast in a bowl, add a tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoon of warm milk and

then leave the mixture until it starts to bubble (about 15-20 minutes). Scramble the eggs with the rest of the sugar. Then add the mayonnaise and the milk mixture to the scrambled eggs and sugar. Gradually add flour and the rest of the milk to the mixture. When the dough is finally ready, keep it covered to let it rise.

Then you can mould buns of any shape out of the dough and bake them.

The preparation will take about half an hour.
