Georgia to Celebrate Police Day with Parade in Gori

On 6 May, a parade will be held in Gori to celebrate Police day. As InterPressNews was told by head of the informative-analytical department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Shota Utiashvili the parade will resemble the one held in Batumi last year.
“This Parade will be held in the same format as in Batumi last year”, Utiashvili said. He informs that the event will start in Gori on 6 May, at 12:00.
6 May has been marked as Police

day in Georgia since 2010. The first event devoted to this day was held in Tbilisi in 2010. In 2011 Police Day was celebrated in Batumi.
