James Appathurai congratulates Georgia on signing visa-free-travel document

NATO Deputy Assistant Secretary General James Appathurai has officially congratulated Georgia on the document, granting Georgian citizens the right of visa-free travel to EU countries, that was signed in Brussels, Belgium.

“I know this is EU and Georgia business. But it is a sign, and a new pillar, in community of shared values that Georgia shares with the rest of Europe. Appropriate and the result of hard work on reform. Congratulations!”, - NATO Deputy Assistant Secretary General reports on his
official Facebook page.

Signing of the document means that in less than one month Georgian citizens will be able to travel visa-free to the Schengen member states with short 90-day visits.This news of high importance was met with great excitement and joy by the entire nation.
