Georgia might provide Far East countries with armored vehicles

LEPL State Military Scientific-Technical Center "Delta" might provide several Far East countries with armored vehicles, - “Delta” has informed InterPressNews about it. According to the company, negotiations with the relevant countries regarding the supply of armored vehicles are already underway.

In addition, “Delta” reports that the negotiations on providing a potential customer with a new integrated intelligence system are entering the final phase.

These products are: various modifications of the multifunctional armored vehicle "Didgori", tracked infantry combat vehicle "Lazika", fire reaction system RS-122, special armored vehicles, bulldozers, dearmers, disruptors, and mortars of various calibers and various types of firing modules.

"We are working to develop unmanned aircrafts and helicopters," the report says.

According to them, several modifications of bullet-proof jackets and helmets, including army and special so-called “plate carriers”, are being produced, which are the part of the equipment of the Georgian armed forces. The work is underway on the firearms and supporting arms, including the anti-tank grenade launcher RPG-60, noiseless hand mortar GNM-60. As the center explains, there are significant successes in the field of sniper rifles.
