According to President’s Decision, Giorgi Kalandadze Continues to Work as Chief of Joint Staff

By the decision of President of Georgia, Giorgi Kalandadze will continue to work as Chief of the Joint Staff. Administration of the President informs that Mikheil Saakashvili received Kalandadze in the Presidential palace today and said that everyone should respect Georgian armed forces.
The President declared that Georgian armed forces don’t serve any political party, government or President, but the Georgian people. “Protection of our country is the most important. My advice would be to leave all these behind, return

to the Joint Staff and continue the loyal service of the homeland like you did in previous years”, Mikheil Saakashvili said.
