“Voilà” - Georgia’s Justice Minister gets married
The Georgian Minister of Justice Tea Tsulukiani has married. This information was confirmed by the minister herself via her social network page.
Tea Tsulukiani has also published the image of Marriage Certificate and the photo of her husband, with the inscription - Voilà!

The man is Nugzar Kakulia, the former Head of Justice Ministry’s Training Center. He was heading the institution from November 3, 2014 up until September 12, 2016. He is 9 years younger than Tsulukiani. The latter is 41 and Kalulia is 32.

According to the insider information, Kakulia and Tsulukiani have been living together for the last three years. They had never made this subject public but the rumors have been circulating anyway.

Nugzar Kakulia had been working at the Justice Ministry’s Training Center for almost 4 years. First he was the Deputy Director and later was promoted and served as the Director for two years.

He has 8-year experience
of working as a manager and is a marketing analytics specialist. He has graduated from the Tbilisi Asia and Africa Institute.

Nugzar Kakulia is a member of Okinawa Goju-Riu Karate-do Federation of Georgia.
