Have you wondered how New Year was celebrated in Georgia and what it looked like in the past? Then watch this unique video dating back to 1955 and depicting how kids were dancing and singing around the gigantic Christmas tree. The video was filmed in Georgia’s Railway House half a century ago for journal “Soviet Georgia”, Georgia was part of Soviet Union back then. The footage was published by Film Archive of Georgia.
