Special governmental staff reports on localization of basic fire zones in Borjomi
The basic fire zones have been localized in the natural disaster zone but there is still fire on several parts of the forest, - the special governmental staff has reported.

As a reminder, soldiers have engaged in the natural disaster localization efforts.

According to Gen. Shavlego Tabatadze, more than 1000 soldiers will fight the natural disaster via newly-cut roads.

Fire zones have been localized but several parts still see flames. Aviation,
heavy technique and firefighters are working.

Aviation will continue working until we see fire is fully extinguished, - Regional Development and Infrastructure Minister Zurab Alavidze has told reporters.

According to him, firefighters will also continue working.

"We see better situation now. The fire zones are almost localized. We are doing our best. Extinguishing efforts are underway at the places where fire is localized. By means of 10-12 km newly-cut road allowed us to send firefighters to the fire locations," -  Alavidze has declared.
