Georgian fitness instructor gives advices about diet and how to keep fit

A healthy lifestyle is becoming increasingly popular in today’s society. It is the key to good mental and physical health. Giorgi Vasadze was once a football player but became a fitness instructor just four years ago and in this short time he has managed to become a top fitness coach.

“I’ve been a personal trainer for four years now. At first I tested all the fitness techniques on myself. Now I help people who strive to keep fit and improve themselves
physically ” – says Vasadze.

I have a lot of connections on Facebook and in every way I promote a healthy lifestyle . Everyone who comes to me achieves their desired results, which is a motivation to others. After I tried out all of the methods personally I eventually created my own individual program.”

Football players are generally known to be very thin. However he managed to gain weight from 75 kg to 102 kg.

“Most people come to me wanting to see positive results within a month but this is physically impossible without putting yourself at risk. The body needs time to adaptat,and then after passing certain stages, the body will work on its own.If you start exercising with professional help you’ll start seeing results within three months which will giveyou satisfaction. Satisfaction = motivation.” – says Girogi

Suggested Diet

9:00 am - 2 or 3 boiled eggs, 70 grams of oatmeal porridge

12:00: One grapefruit and one apple or orange.

15:00: 100-150 grams of salmon fillet, three pieces of broccoli (if desired add a bit of lemon juice)

18:00: Repeat 100-150 grams of salmon fillet, three pieces of broccoli (if desired add a bit of lemon juice)

21:00: 150-200 grams of fat free (0%) cottage cheese – Eat within 2 hours of bedtime.

It is also necessary to drink at least 2 litres of water during the day. Coffee and tea should be without sugar.
