Turkish born Georgian sisters sing a beautiful song

There are many Georgians, who live in Turkey, but maintain Georgian culture and heritage. Today we will explore the story of three Georgian sisters – Damla, Iudu and Tamara Shahin. Their real surname is Gundaridze but they were born and raised in Turkey. They attracted public attention due to their songs which they perform in Georgian.

They have established a trio called ”Samida”. In Georgian it means “the three sisters”.

The story in the song is about a girl, who is
single, but all her friends have already married. The song encourages her to take a step and not refuse a proposal from the boy, who is in love with her.
