European Court Accused Russia of Chechen Illegal Activities

Strasburg Court for Human Rights accused Russia of illegal activities in Chechnya . According to, Russia has been obliged to pay 160 000 Euro compensation due to disappearance and murder of three Chechen citizens. According to the Court decision, the citizens had been kidnapped by the uniformed persons commissioned by the Russian Federal government. The European lawyers said the occurrence hadn’t been adequately investigated. 
After discussing the second case, Strasburg Court imposed 40 000 Euro on Russia as a compensation

in favor of the former prisoner having been beaten by other prisoners in accord with the jail administration.
